Joe Roderick

President, CEO
Joe Roderick has over 20 years of Operations and Information Technology (IT) experience in various industry verticals coupled with qualifications in Infrastructure cabling/design, Engineering, and IT Business Management to include contracted CIO. Joe has held several executive management positions with other ITaaS and VAR based companies. Joe’s experience extends to architecting, implementing, and managing large and complex IT technology projects across multiple continents.

Ken Bishop

Director of Operations/CTO
Ken Bishop brings to CYNC Solutions a diverse background, with more than twenty years’ experience in multiple facets of information technology with specific focus in the medium to large enterprise space. Ken has held multiple management positions including Senior Architectural roles in the delivery and management of high transaction cloud, on premise, and hybrid operations where he was responsible for a technology infrastructure supporting 1,000’s of end points in various datacenters. Ken’s strengths lie predominantly in thinking outside the box where he specializes in managing complicated multi-faceted projects and the re-structuring inefficient processes and organizations. Ken’s resume of engagements includes both national clients and international clients. His 20+ years of experience in technology and software has allowed him to bring to CYNC Solutions an invaluable level of industry experience and knowledge.

Mike Gehrman

Operations Manager/Senior Engineer
Prior to joining CYNC Solutions, Mike Gehrman held various senior positions with the Merlin Entertainment Corporation specializing in the development of technology solutions for the manufacturing, hospitality, and amusement parks such as Legoland. His experience ranges from various software implementations, datacenter hardware, and security protocols for NIST, CMMC, and HIPAA based customers. His 20+ years of experience in technology and software has allowed him to bring to CYNC Solutions an invaluable level of industry experience and knowledge.
